Cerula Construction specialize in the building of up-market residential homes, commercial buildings, lower cost housing developments, extensions and professional renovations.

We are a reputable company with many years of experience. Based in Prince Alfred’s Hamlet, we build dwellings throughout the Witzenberg District. With over 10 years of building experience, we have a first hand knowledge of what is required to ensure the best final product at an affordable price.

Owner, Dirk Steyn – after studying civil engeneering and architecture, resigned as qualified head-draughtsman – established Cerula Construction to follow in the family footprints. Being the 3^rd generation builder in a family who started building in the early 1900’s, Dirk is passionate about every aspect of the building industry and believes in trust and client participation to successfully complete projects with pride.
